Its time for all the adventure game lovers and fans to rejoice and take notice as the dynamic duo of Sam & Max will be coming to Wii’s this august in  For those who love to crime solving games and also that involve conspiracies, this game is heaven sent!  A six-foot tall dog along with violently affected partner is a definite cause for celebration for gamers.

However, it is a bit of a surprise that the game is being launched so soon on Wii, as earlier Telltale was acting reserved about Sam & Max. Both the seasons are available fully for PC, but this will be the first console release for the duo of Sam & Max.

A video, which is a part of a recent edition of flagship news program Newsnight, does some favourable work for BBC after its really bad coverage in Brain Training’s biased comments regarding accents. The program was broadcasted earlier in 2008. The footage in this program shows that games have helped in producing brighter kids nowadays, rather than accusing videogames for its negative influence on the kids.

Steve Johnson says that all media is not perceived passively by children, but rather it has made them more vibrant and also made them believe complex problem solving can be fun. The evidence being the rise in IQ scores of children over the last century.

MadWorld 05/20/2008

There used to be a video game development team known as Clover.  Clover has now become Platinum Games, and they are aiming for your head.  PG has been blowing minds with the online footage of their highly stylized Mad World, their first game for the Nintendo Wii for sale.  Can you say, "Whoa!?"

The game is not only in black-and-white (minus the copious amounts of red blood), it's an incredibly brutal-looking title.  Shigenori Nishikawa, the head of Platinum, has used the terms "cheerful violence" an "curb brawler" in his description of the upcoming game.  This seems like a good opportunity for the Wii to pull in a greater slice of the hardcore gamer pie.  Nothing says "controversy" like pitching a game for the Nintendo Wii for sale with words like "ultra" and "violent".

Guys and Girls! Here is a fabulous game for you, NES. It is so beautiful and stunning that I don’t have words to describe it. It has a new concept and is very well designed. Just go through the below mentioned attractive features.

Firstly the model is very sleek with very attractive colors. It has LED for the controllers and on the whole everything is just fabulous. In spite of being so attractive, it was designed so that it kept the original look as rich as it was before. Mr Javier Segovia, a Spanish digital artist is the man behind the great design.

Everybody is fascinated with something or the other. We are also fascinated with the EarthBound fan community Starmen.net. Many of them have become fans of the EarthBound. So we thought of checking what exactly do they receive and how do they enjoy?

We are taking a survey and hence we would like to know what whether do you get the SNES game at launch? Also, there bright chances that Ness will appear on the Super Smash Bros series. So gear up and wait for the blast!

Wii and Wal-Mart 05/05/2008

You gotta wonder what the deal is with stories like this.  A couple of friends were shopping around the Wal-Mart in Exton, PA and came across more than half a dozen Nintendo Wii for sale on the rack.  Each grabbed one and headed to ring up their purchase, only to be stopped by a Wal-Mart employee who wouldn't let them buy both.

Why?  Because they were shopping "together", so they had to buy one "together".  I understand the company's "one console per customer" policy - people will hoard the Nintendo Wii for sale on auction sites if you don't have that.  What I don't understand is why you'd refuse two people who want to buy two big-ticket items at your store.  Maybe that's why they had that many Wiis available in the first place.  Not cool, Wal-Mart.
