It seems that many developers are apprehensive about these holidays for the Nintendo Wii. We all know that the Nintendo Wii is selling really well, but does that translate into Wii owners buying tons of games? That's the questions Julien Merceron is asking.

He thinks that this holiday season will be the true test to whether Nintendo Wii will be the next HUGE console. Game developers spend an enormous amount of time and energy to develop games. This is especially true for really large and epic games.

The problem might be that the casual market may just end up buying the casual games and not for the more in depth games. The answer is unclear, so we'll just have to see how these holidays turn out. Maybe it will make or break Nintendo.
