A video, which is a part of a recent edition of flagship news program Newsnight, does some favourable work for BBC after its really bad coverage in Brain Training’s biased comments regarding accents. The program was broadcasted earlier in 2008. The footage in this program shows that games have helped in producing brighter kids nowadays, rather than accusing videogames for its negative influence on the kids.

Steve Johnson says that all media is not perceived passively by children, but rather it has made them more vibrant and also made them believe complex problem solving can be fun. The evidence being the rise in IQ scores of children over the last century.
