KNiiTiiNg as a video game will be liked by those who already liked games and want to like knitting. For those of course, it would be a wonderful thing. The game has been created by Rachel Beth Egenhoefer and Kyle E. Jennings. To initiate the movement of knitting needles, the game uses Wiimote and Nunchuk.
The players follow the principles of the game Dance Dance Revolution where users respond to the prompts that come on the screen in order to create virtual tea cozies and such. The project is currently in beta and doesn’t use the actual Wii but there could be one in future or at least a PC version will be released of the game. Infact, the WiiWare also has no distribution or packaging costs.
