Amazon Video Games has come up with an amazing offer of 15 Days 15 Deals with daily anticipations and fabulous deals where most of the games will be available on reduced prices. So, now one doesn’t have to forego the Balance Board games due to financial reasons. In this offer, the retailer has announced a few Wii games including Raving Rabbids TV Party. Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto gave an entertaining interview at the Official Nintendo Magazine site. He greets ONM showing no signs of strains as a cheerful, animated, chatty and friendly. The only thing that currently comes in my mind will be the Nintendo Wii. Online retailer Amazon.com has slashed down the price on several Nintendo Wii games. This is a part of their promotion, Gold Box 15 Days, 15 Deals. Amazon has dropped down prices of many items that are related to Nintendo. This has increased the number of Nintendo Wii for sale. US had 2 million Nintendo Wii for sale which is double the number the same period last year. A new trailer has been prepared for Fishing Master: World Tour. The trailer is very identical to the previous one which had a video footage featuring each of the game’s fishing venues. The current Fishing Master has the same music as the previous trailer. Event the shot of the spinning globe on the captain’s desk is also similar. The difference can be viewed in the latter’s game locations where the gameplay is demonstrated with controller diagrams and in-game footage. Ubisoft is planning to develop a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fighting game. This news has been recently updated in the latest issue of Nintendo Power magazine. The development of this game would involve staff from Super Smash Bros. Brawl along with the Team Ninja experts. Wii Music and Guitar Hero aren't on the offerings, but Wii Fit and Wii Sports are part of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center efforts to assist with patient rehabilitation and therapy efforts. “With the addition of the Wii we are able to achieve desirable results with the patients through fun electronic methods such as bowling, baseball, and golf,” said Angie Guiler, Rehab Clinical Coordinator. “The addition of the Wii not only assists each patient with the physical rehabilitation but it fosters the development of relationships as well.” Unleashing the Underworld 12/07/2008
Underworld has definitely been an eagerly anticipated title by fans across the world. The game promised to bring a revamped Lara Croft, which could do a lot of new amazing things, taking advantage of the power of the next generation consoles. The game managed some pretty good sales, and it was the first one in the series to be launched on a Nintendo platform, appearing on the Wii and on the DS handheld console. But this debut wasn't without problems, as quite a few users complained that in a level set in Thailand, the game didn't spawn a lever, which was imperative so that Lara could continue her adventure. This game-stopping glitch angered a lot of gamers, who demanded that Eidos would come up with a patch or a fix in order to repair the problem. According to a comparison made between the sales of Wii systems and GameCube Enterbrain reported that Wii Systems sold 7,000,000 copies till November 23, GameCube sold 4 million in Japan. Nintendo celebrated the Thanks wagging week for its readers during the last weekend of November. It was a bundle of a bunch of items for those readers who were appreciated for reading Nintendo’s columns everyday on the internet. The giveaway started on Thursday November 27th, and ended on Sunday, November 30th at 11:59 ET. To enter, the reader has to simply state what is he thankful for this year irrespective of having any relation with the games. The winner was to be selected the next day through random drawing. Wii doesn’t have a version of the classic Prince of Persia. The rights of the game are currently under Ubisoft who have even hired Gameloft to produce upper version 3D remake of the game for Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. Prince of Persia has five different versions that are available on the Virtual Console and for importing them; we have to seek the permission from its publishers and developers. Ubisoft is not against porting the game on Wii as almost all the currently available PoP games on the system are ports. |
